SmartRe\u00adcrui\u00adters is tapping into the robot-driven recruit\u00adment process auto\u00adma\u00adtion (RPA) market through the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price. Jobpal<\/strong>
\nFoun\u00added in 2016 as a startup by a German team, Jobpal is a soft\u00adware company deve\u00adlo\u00adping on AI-powered chat\u00adbots that auto\u00admate commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion between employ\u00aders and appli\u00adcants. Jobpal curr\u00adently employs around 25 people.<\/p>\n
