Volpini is a leading manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer in Central Europe of <\/strong>Pack\u00ada\u00adging cups and films. The exis\u00adting manage\u00adment will conti\u00adnue to support the company in all opera\u00adtio\u00adnal matters to ensure a seam\u00adless tran\u00adsi\u00adtion of manage\u00adment. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose further details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The new invest\u00adment, which stra\u00adte\u00adgi\u00adcally fits perfectly into Finexx\u2019s invest\u00adment stra\u00adtegy, takes into account an increase of Finexx Fund II to the total volume of 30 million euros. The high-growth mid-market inves\u00adtor from Stutt\u00adgart now mana\u00adges a total of around EUR 65 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Volpini Verpa\u00adckun\u00adgen GmbH Austria, based in Spit\u00adtal an der Drau, Austria, was origi\u00adnally foun\u00added in 1811. Since 1970, the tradi\u00adtio\u00adnal company with its current work\u00adforce of around 60 employees has specia\u00adli\u00adzed in the produc\u00adtion of plas\u00adtic pack\u00ada\u00adging, in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar sustainable pack\u00ada\u00adging cups (yogurt pots) and ther\u00admo\u00adforming sheets. In the field of Desto cups, which are conside\u00adred to be parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly sustainable, Volpini plays a leading role in the Central Euro\u00adpean market.
