KGaA (Muta\u00adres) to sell three German Exte\u00adri\u00adors plants. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion compri\u00adses Magna\u2019s three sites in Oberts\u00adhau\u00adsen, Sulz\u00adbach and Idar-Ober\u00adstein as well as the two satel\u00adlite sites in Neckar\u00adsulm and Klein-Krot\u00adzen\u00adburg with a total of 1,700 employees and sales of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately EUR 360 million.<\/p>\n
The plants produce plas\u00adtic compon\u00adents such as bumper and exte\u00adrior trim, radia\u00adtor gril\u00adles and other trim compon\u00adents for leading OEMs in the premium segment and gene\u00adrate sales of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately EUR 360 million. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to close in the third quar\u00adter of 2021. The busi\u00adness\u2019s main custo\u00admers include well-known German auto\u00adma\u00adkers. The three plants have exten\u00adsive design know-how and tech\u00adni\u00adcally mature in-house deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment capabilities.<\/p>\n
