Dr. Annette B\u00f6de\u00adker will join the firm on March 1, 2021, from Arnold & Porter, where she was a part\u00adner in the firm\u2019s sole German office and respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the firm\u2019s corporate\/M&A busi\u00adness. She star\u00adted her career at Henge\u00adler Muel\u00adler, then moved to Link\u00adla\u00adters, where she was a part\u00adner in the corpo\u00adrate depart\u00adment for seve\u00adral years. Dr. B\u00f6de\u00adker also has many years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in U.S. law firms, having been with Orrick in 2009 and Arnold & Porter Kaye Scho\u00adler since 2012. In addi\u00adtion to the social consul\u00adting of large, inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal compa\u00adnies and banks, the focus of their acti\u00advi\u00adties is the support of compa\u00adnies from the medium-sized busi\u00adness sector. As a part\u00adner of Arnold & Porter, Dr. B\u00f6de\u00adker also advi\u00adsed on tran\u00adsac\u00adtions from the Arnold & Porter network, where she regu\u00adlarly worked closely with colle\u00adagues from London and the USA.<\/p>\n
