A total of 9.2 million shares were placed at a price of 45 euros per share. Of this amount, 2.0 million came from a capi\u00adtal increase and 6.0 million from the holdings of the exis\u00adting share\u00adhol\u00adders MBB SE and ALX Betei\u00adli\u00adgungs\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft mbH. In addi\u00adtion, 1.2 million shares were allot\u00adted to exis\u00adting share\u00adhol\u00adders under an over-allot\u00adment option. The total place\u00adment volume thus amounts to 414 million euros. The first day of trading on the Regu\u00adla\u00adted Market of the Frank\u00adfurt Stock Exch\u00adange is expec\u00adted to be March 25, 2021.<\/p>\n
