Equis\u00adtone had acqui\u00adred the group of compa\u00adnies \u2014 consis\u00adting of the Bien-Zenker, Hanse Haus and Living Haus brands \u2014 at the begin\u00adning of 2018 and targe\u00adted the group\u2019s growth stra\u00adtegy as well as the areas of digi\u00adta\u00adliza\u00adtion and opera\u00adtio\u00adnal excel\u00adlence. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price or further details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion.
