Hamburg \u2014 DLA Piper has advi\u00adsed Hamburg-based KRAHN Chemie Group, part of the globally active Otto Krahn Group, on the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of majo\u00adrity stakes in six compa\u00adnies from Jollis AB & Part\u00adners, Sweden. In order to bundle the new acti\u00advi\u00adties, KRAHN Nordics AB was foun\u00added, in which KRAHN Chemie holds the majo\u00adrity with the parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion of some of the previous owners of the acqui\u00adred compa\u00adnies. With annual sales of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately EUR 1.3 billion, the Otto Krahn Group has around 1,600 employees at 36 loca\u00adti\u00adons worldwide.<\/p>\n
