As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the manage\u00adment and the previous share\u00adhol\u00adders of Yellow\u00adFox were inte\u00adgra\u00adted into the acqui\u00adring company in a way that was essen\u00adtial for all parties involved.<\/p>\n

Toge\u00adther, the part\u00adners aim to further drive Yellow\u00adFox\u2019s growth, parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly in the area of modu\u00adlar, cloud-based SaaS soft\u00adware solu\u00adti\u00adons for digi\u00adtal fleet and property manage\u00adment, tele\u00adma\u00adtics solu\u00adti\u00adons and other product inno\u00adva\u00adtions, acquire new custo\u00admers and expand sales partnerships.<\/p>\n

In the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the project, the Deloitte Legal team was able to draw on the exper\u00adtise gained in the course of accom\u00adpany\u00ading a large number of tran\u00adsac\u00adtions in the IT and tech envi\u00adron\u00adment, thus contri\u00adbu\u00adting to a successful course of the project for all parties involved.<\/p>\n
