The total volume of the exten\u00added finan\u00adcing round amounts to appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 26 million euros and comes from lead inves\u00adtor 83North as well as exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors Felix Capi\u00adtal, Cherry Ventures and other well-known busi\u00adness angels. Just a few months ago, SellerX announ\u00adced the successful comple\u00adtion of a \u20ac100 million equity and debt finan\u00adcing led by Sili\u00adcon Valley-based VC Triple\u00adPoint Capi\u00adtal, among others.<\/p>\n
In the mean\u00adtime, the Berlin-based company has bought up around 20 Amazon stores and is now plan\u00adning to use the fresh capi\u00adtal to further expand its opera\u00adting busi\u00adness. At least 50 more stores are to follow in the next year and a half. SellerX was compre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00advely legally advi\u00adsed by SMP part\u00adner Martin Scha\u00adper toge\u00adther with Martyna Sabat and Matthias Kres\u00adser.
