Bonn \u2014 DIV estab\u00adlishes the inde\u00adpen\u00addent infra\u00adstruc\u00adture fund Digi\u00adtal Infra\u00adstruc\u00adture Vehicle (DIV) and acqui\u00adres 38 percent of Cellnex Nether\u00adlands for this purpose. SMP provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive tax advice on the estab\u00adlish\u00adment of the inde\u00adpen\u00addent funds vehicle (DIV) and tax advice on the anchor invest\u00adment in Cellnex Netherlands.<\/p>\n

In the future, DIV will focus on invest\u00adments in digi\u00adtal infra\u00adstruc\u00adture projects (fiber, towers and data centers) prima\u00adrily in Europe. Deut\u00adsche Tele\u00adkom and Cellnex stand ready as anchor investors.<\/p>\n

DIV\u2019s anchor invest\u00adment is the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of a 38% stake in Cellnex Nether\u00adlands, in which Deut\u00adsche Tele\u00adkom and Cellnex combine their tower busi\u00adness in the Nether\u00adlands.
