The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant authorities.<\/p>\n<p>The Mehler Vario System Group is one of the leading manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adr\u00aders of balli\u00adstic protec\u00adtive equip\u00adment. The product port\u00adfo\u00adlio includes an exten\u00adsive range of high-quality balli\u00adstic protec\u00adtive vests, tacti\u00adcal equip\u00adment and clot\u00adhing, as well as balli\u00adstic protec\u00adtion solu\u00adti\u00adons for vehic\u00adles. The Mehler Vario System Group includes Mehler Vario System GmbH as well as three German subsi\u00addia\u00adries and one each in Slove\u00adnia and Serbia. The company is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Fulda, Germany, employs around 600 people at five loca\u00adti\u00adons and opera\u00adtes inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnally in over 40 count\u00adries worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Mehler Vario System Group was acqui\u00adred by Amira in 2014 and has since grown stron\u00adgly both orga\u00adni\u00adcally and inorganically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Armira<\/strong> is a Munich-based invest\u00adment holding company that invests in medium-sized compa\u00adnies in German-spea\u00adking count\u00adries.
