The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. Compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal and tax advice was again provi\u00added to Project A by an SMP team. SMP has alre\u00adady supported the early-stage inves\u00adtor in a large number of invest\u00adments in Germany and abroad and has laun\u00adched three fund gene\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons for him. Oakley Capi\u00adtal supports compa\u00adnies in a variety of indus\u00adtries throug\u00adhout Western Europe, prima\u00adrily in the tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, consu\u00admer and educa\u00adtion sectors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wind\u00adstar Medical<br>\n<\/strong><br>\nWind\u00adstar Medi\u00adcal is one of the leading provi\u00adders of non-phar\u00admacy health\u00adcare products. High-quality dietary supple\u00adments, medi\u00adcal devices and over-the-coun\u00adter medi\u00adci\u00adnes enter drugs\u00adto\u00adres, super\u00admar\u00adkets and discount stores through Wind\u00adstar.
