The Frank\u00adfurt and Munich offices of the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal law firm Weil, Gotshal &amp; Manges LLP advi\u00adsed Apax Digi\u00adtal on this transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Foun\u00added in 2011 in Pfaf\u00adfen\u00adho\u00adfen a.d. Glonn and opera\u00adting globally in five loca\u00adti\u00adons, Pricefx is a global leader in cloud-based pricing models as \u201cSoft\u00adware as a Service\u201d and offers a compre\u00adhen\u00adsive range of solu\u00adti\u00adons.
