The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to close in the fourth quar\u00adter of 2020, subject to regu\u00adla\u00adtory approval.<\/p>\n

TREIF<\/strong>, a family-owned company based in Ober\u00adlahr, Germany, is a cutting machine manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer for the food and espe\u00adci\u00adally the meat indus\u00adtry.
