There is an acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion option for the remai\u00adning 20% for the next three&nbsp;years.<\/p>\n<p>Gamma is a leading provi\u00adder of Unified Commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons as a Service (UCaaS) in the UK, Spain and the Nether\u00adlands and has iden\u00adti\u00adfied Germany as a key target market as part of its expan\u00adsion stra\u00adtegy. Accor\u00adding to the company, the over\u00adall German market has around 36 million PBX exten\u00adsi\u00adons, but a cloud pene\u00adtra\u00adtion of only around 6%. Thus, the market for cloud tele\u00adphony is expec\u00adted to grow steadily over the next few&nbsp;years.<\/p>\n<p>Gamma\u2019s goal is to deve\u00adlop and sell a market-leading cloud PBX solu\u00adtion through the chan\u00adnel to acce\u00adle\u00adrate HFO\u2019s growth in the emer\u00adging cloud PBX market in Germany. HFO also offers B2B mobile services through its subsi\u00addiary Epsi\u00adlon Tele\u00adcom \u2014 most recently selling over 100,000 connec\u00adtions per year.
