The aim of the part\u00adner\u00adship is to promote the growth of the GR\u00dcN Soft\u00adware Group with today 150 employees by acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion & further deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of soft\u00adware compa\u00adnies with indus\u00adtry soft\u00adware within the frame\u00adwork of a \u201cBuy & Build\u201d stra\u00adtegy: \u201cThrough our new, strong part\u00adners, we comple\u00adment our expe\u00adri\u00adence in buil\u00adding medium-sized soft\u00adware compa\u00adnies with the neces\u00adsary capi\u00adtal for acqui\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons.
