In addi\u00adtion to a high-yield bond (senior secu\u00adred notes, 144A\/Reg S) placed with insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors with a volume of  <strong>EUR 320 million<\/strong>, a matu\u00adrity in July 2025 and a coupon of 5.75 percent p.a. Senior secu\u00adred credit faci\u00adli\u00adties (Super Senior Revol\u00adving Credit Faci\u00adli\u00adties) with a volume of EUR 40 million (cash line) and EUR 167.5 million (guaran\u00adtee line).
