Alfredo Alta\u00advilla has also been appoin\u00adted to the Board as a non-execu\u00adtive direc\u00adtor Ambi\u00adenta SGR SpA (\u201cAmbi\u00adenta\u201d), Euro\u00adpe\u2019s largest sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity-focu\u00adsed invest\u00adment company, appoints Carla Ferrari as Presi\u00addent of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>Carla Ferrari holds senior posi\u00adti\u00adons in a number of Italian blue chip finan\u00adcial insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons. Having previously served as a non-execu\u00adtive direc\u00adtor on Ambi\u00aden\u00adta\u2019s board from 2008 to 2012, Carla now takes over the role from Anto\u00adnio Segni, who is leaving the board after twelve years of service. In addi\u00adtion, Alfredo Alta\u00advilla is appoin\u00adted to the Board as a non-execu\u00adtive direc\u00adtor. Alta\u00advilla holds a number of key posi\u00adti\u00adons in leading Italian and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal indus\u00adtrial companies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nino Tron\u00adchetti Provera<\/strong>, Mana\u00adging Part\u00adner and foun\u00adder of Ambi\u00adenta, stated: \u201cI would like to thank the previous Board of Direc\u00adtors for their excel\u00adlent work. My special thanks go to Anto\u00adnio Segni, who was Chair\u00adman of the Board for twelve years and assu\u00admed this role only a few months after Ambi\u00adenta was foun\u00added.
