The process and pack\u00ada\u00adging tech\u00adno\u00adlogy company was a divi\u00adsion of Robert Bosch GmbH until 2019. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n

ROTZINGER intends to realign and sustain\u00adably deve\u00adlop the Vier\u00adsen site. The company is acqui\u00adring the port\u00adfo\u00adlios in the areas of filling and closing machi\u00adnes as well as parts of the process tech\u00adno\u00adlogy for bars and sugar confec\u00adtion\u00adery as part of an asset deal. Excluded from the sale are the process plants for the produc\u00adtion of jelly products, which Synte\u00adgon will trans\u00adfer to its subsi\u00addiary Makat Candy Tech\u00adno\u00adlogy GmbH.<\/p>\n

ROTZINGER was compre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00advely advi\u00adsed on the take\u00adover by a team of BRANDI Rechts\u00adan\u00adw\u00e4lte<\/strong> in G\u00fcters\u00adloh, Detmold, Hano\u00adver, Pader\u00adborn and Biele\u00adfeld specia\u00adli\u00adzing in M&A tran\u00adsac\u00adtions under the leader\u00adship of part\u00adner Dr. Franz Tepper (photo)<\/strong> on corpo\u00adrate law, labor law and IT law. In Switz\u00ader\u00adland, Dr. Max N\u00e4geli of the law firm Probst Part\u00adner<\/strong> in Winter\u00adthur advi\u00adsed the purcha\u00adser. ROTZINGER GROUP AG in Kaiseraugst\/Switzerland with its compa\u00adnies DEMAUREX SA, ROTZINGER AG and TRANSVER AG was foun\u00added in 1948 and is today a leading supplier of convey\u00ading, storage and product flow control systems for products in the choco\u00adlate, cookie, phar\u00admaceu\u00adti\u00adcal and other indus\u00adtries. Synte\u00adgon Tech\u00adno\u00adlogy GmbH, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Waib\u00adlin\u00adgen\/\u00adBa\u00adden-W\u00fcrt\u00adtem\u00adberg, is a global supplier of process and pack\u00ada\u00adging tech\u00adno\u00adlogy for the food and phar\u00admaceu\u00adti\u00adcal indus\u00adtries. It employs around 6,100 people, around half of whom work in Germany.
