In a bidding process for the sale of Sch\u00fclke, EQT prevai\u00adled as the bidder. The sale is subject to labor consul\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons and regu\u00adla\u00adtory appr\u00adovals. In addi\u00adtion to EQT, inves\u00adtors Ardian, PAI and Plati\u00adnum were also among the inte\u00adres\u00adted parties. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion volume.<\/p>\n

Foun\u00added in 1889 in Hamburg, Sch\u00fclke & Mayr GmbH (today: Sch\u00fclke) is an inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal leader in the fields of hygiene infec\u00adtion preven\u00adtion(photo:<\/strong> products to prevent conta\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion and infec\u00adtion, among others). It supplies disin\u00adfec\u00adtants, anti\u00adsep\u00adtics, preser\u00adva\u00adti\u00adves, bioci\u00addes, medi\u00adcal skin care products, deodo\u00adrants and system clea\u00adners.
