The tran\u00adsac\u00adtions, the details of which have been agreed not to be disc\u00adlo\u00adsed, are expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted in&nbsp;July.<\/p>\n<p>ATHERA, form\u00aderly Reha\u00adcon, has been successfully opera\u00adting physio\u00adthe\u00adrapy prac\u00adti\u00adces in Germany for more than 25 years and has become one of Germany\u2019s leading provi\u00adders in the field of physio\u00adthe\u00adrapy and reha\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adta\u00adtion, employ\u00ading nearly 1,000 people. The Group\u2019s new umbrella brand stands for a uniform promise of quality for pati\u00adents and employees; the gradual roll-out of the new image will be flan\u00adked by targe\u00adted invest\u00adments in the infra\u00adstruc\u00adture of the faci\u00adli\u00adties and the expan\u00adsion of the service port\u00adfo\u00adlio. The inde\u00adpen\u00addent invest\u00adment company Water\u00adland had joined the company about a year ago; since then, the group has grown by six acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>Water\u00adland is now conti\u00adnuing this dyna\u00admic growth course and is making two further add-on acqui\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons with ATHERA: GANTZE Zentrum f\u00fcr Gesund\u00adheit, based in Wert\u00adin\u00adgen, Bava\u00adria, covers reha\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adta\u00adtion programs and preven\u00adtion cour\u00adses with a broad service port\u00adfo\u00adlio in addi\u00adtion to the areas of physio\u00adthe\u00adrapy, hand therapy and occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal therapy. Physio\u00adthe\u00adrapy Rosita Boose is also one of the market leaders in her region (Halle, Saale).
