IK\u2019s previous Mid Cap fund, IK VIII, raised \u20ac1.85 billion in&nbsp;2016.<\/p>\n<p>The fund\u00adraise attrac\u00adted signi\u00adfi\u00adcant inte\u00adrest from a high-quality insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtor base across Europe (60%), North America (30%), Asia (7%) and South America (3%), with over a third of the money raised coming from new limi\u00adted part\u00adners inves\u00adt\u00ading in IK funds for the first&nbsp;time.<\/p>\n<p>Reflec\u00adting the opera\u00adtio\u00adnal strength of the Firm and its local market foot\u00adprint with seven offices across Europe, the Fund will conti\u00adnue to invest across its core markets of the Nordics, the DACH region, France and the Bene\u00adlux.
