The new owner is Maxburg Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners. The three early-stage inves\u00adtors had first inves\u00adted in metoda toge\u00adther with seve\u00adral busi\u00adness angels as part of the seed round in 2013, and in 2015 they reaf\u00adfirmed their commit\u00adments as part of a Series A finan\u00adcing&nbsp;round.<\/p>\n<p>metoda GmbH is one of the worl\u00add\u2019s leading provi\u00adders of real-time market analy\u00adses in the field of e\u2011commerce. The world of online commerce is highly dyna\u00admic, so market parti\u00adci\u00adpants need to rely on auto\u00adma\u00adted tools to gain an over\u00adview of the market situa\u00adtion and their compe\u00adti\u00adtors.
