Further tran\u00adsac\u00adtions are curr\u00adently being exami\u00adned and are alre\u00adady at an advan\u00adced&nbsp;stage.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the Capen\u00ader\u00adgie funds is to provide growth capi\u00adtal to support Euro\u00adpean rene\u00adwa\u00adble energy deve\u00adlo\u00adpers on their way to beco\u00adming inde\u00adpen\u00addent energy produ\u00adcers. The current tran\u00adsac\u00adtion illus\u00adtra\u00adtes this strategy.<\/p>\n<p>ILOS New Energy is an inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal solar power deve\u00adlo\u00adper based in Germany and was foun\u00added by Michael Winter and Niko\u00adlaus Krane, two experts in utility systems and the solar indus\u00adtry. The aim of the part\u00adner\u00adship is to create a plat\u00adform for pan-Euro\u00adpean solar power projects with a total capa\u00adcity of more than 1.5 GW. The company alre\u00adady has a project pipe\u00adline that includes a total capa\u00adcity of more than 500 MW in the Nether\u00adlands, Ireland, the United King\u00addom, Spain and Italy.
