Fast-growing OTC company Sylphar, which part\u00adne\u00adred with Vendis Capi\u00adtal in May 2017 to acce\u00adle\u00adrate its growth both orga\u00adni\u00adcally and through buy-and-build acqui\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons, has moved a step closer to its goal of beco\u00adming one of Euro\u00adpe\u2019s leading omnich\u00adan\u00adnel play\u00aders in consu\u00admer health with the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Alpha Foods, an estab\u00adlished supplier of dietary supple\u00adments and vegan nutri\u00adtion products to the German market.<\/p>\n

Alpha Foods, foun\u00added by Wolf\u00adgang Dorf\u00adner, deve\u00adlops, markets and distri\u00adbu\u00adtes a range of nutri\u00adtio\u00adnal supple\u00adments and vegan nutri\u00adtio\u00adnal products, which are sold through the company\u2019s own web store as well as Amazon. Due to his former acti\u00advi\u00adties at Face\u00adbook and Google, Wolf\u00adgang Dorf\u00adner has profound know-how regar\u00adding online plat\u00adforms and was thus able to build a passio\u00adnate online commu\u00adnity for Alpha Foods.<\/p>\n

Wolf\u00adgang Dorf\u00adner will join Sylphar to further drive Alpha Foods\u2019 growth and bring his online marke\u00adting exper\u00adtise to the other brands in the group.<\/p>\n
