As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, B\u00d6AG B\u00f6rsen AG (photo: Hamburg Stock Exch\u00adange), the spon\u00adso\u00adring company of the stock exch\u00adan\u00adges in D\u00fcssel\u00addorf, Hamburg and Hano\u00adver, also secu\u00adred an option on further shares. With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the majo\u00adrity of shares, B\u00d6AG B\u00f6rsen AG streng\u00adthens its posi\u00adtion and sets the course for further joint inno\u00adva\u00adtive growth. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by boards and the rele\u00advant regu\u00adla\u00adtory authorities.<\/p>\n

The current stra\u00adte\u00adgic part\u00adner\u00adship between B\u00d6AG B\u00f6rsen AG and ICF BANK AG is based on years of successful coope\u00adra\u00adtion. Since 2017, ICF BANK AG has acted as a market maker in Quotrix, the elec\u00adtro\u00adnic trading system of the D\u00fcssel\u00addorf Stock Exch\u00adange. Since the begin\u00adning of 2020, she has been respon\u00adsi\u00adble for trading in equi\u00adties, bonds, invest\u00adment funds as well as ETPs on the D\u00fcssel\u00addorf Stock Exch\u00adange as an order book mana\u00adger.
