The plant is opera\u00adted on the Chem\u00adpark site in Lever\u00adku\u00adsen. WuXi was advi\u00adsed on this tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by a team led by Dirk W. Kolven\u00adbach of <strong>Heuking K\u00fchn L\u00fcer Wojtek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Under the asset purchase agree\u00adment signed in Janu\u00adary, WuXi Biolo\u00adgics took over plant opera\u00adti\u00adons, purcha\u00adsed plant equip\u00adment and signed a long-term cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion lease.
