While the former share\u00adhol\u00adders <strong>Cera\u00advis <\/strong>and <strong>Unger Capi\u00adtal Manage\u00adment<\/strong> have increased their invest\u00adments, two new inves\u00adtors, Profes\u00adsor <strong>Rudolf Schwarz<\/strong>, owner of IABG, and <strong>CK Venture Capi\u00adtal<\/strong> GmbH from Munich with the busi\u00adness angels <strong>Conny H\u00f6rl <\/strong>and<strong> Katja Ruhnke<\/strong>, have joined the company. In total, Black\u00adwave was able to raise a seven-figure sum with the help of BayStartUP to expand the current 16-member team and signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly increase its production.<\/p>\n<p>Black\u00adwave is a company in the light\u00adweight cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion sector that deve\u00adlops and produ\u00adces highly complex compon\u00adents made of carbon that cannot be manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adred using conven\u00adtio\u00adnal produc\u00adtion methods. The compon\u00adents are charac\u00adte\u00adri\u00adzed by low weight as well as high stabi\u00adlity. In addi\u00adtion, Black\u00adwave is also expe\u00adri\u00admen\u00adting with new approa\u00adches to incor\u00adpo\u00adrate screws, holes and threads in the produc\u00adtion process to expand the range of appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons for its products.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe comple\u00adted finan\u00adcing round was an important step for us to turn our ambi\u00adtious goals into reality,\u201d said Bastian Behrens, CEO at Black\u00adwave. \u201cWe will use the money both to open up further markets, such as medi\u00adcal tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, and to further auto\u00admate our produc\u00adtion to become even more compe\u00adti\u00adtive.
