Munich \u2014 YIELCO Invest\u00adments<\/strong> AG, a specia\u00adlist inves\u00adtor in alter\u00adna\u00adtive invest\u00adments, has successfully further expan\u00added its infra\u00adstruc\u00adture equity fund of funds stra\u00adtegy and announ\u00adces the successful final subscrip\u00adtion closing of the multi-mana\u00adger program YIELCO Infra\u00adstruk\u00adtur II as well as the launch of two infra\u00adstruc\u00adture manda\u00adtes tota\u00adling almost EUR 600 million. In addi\u00adtion, YIELCO streng\u00adthens its acti\u00advi\u00adties in Switz\u00ader\u00adland by opening a loca\u00adtion in Pf\u00e4f\u00adfi\u00adkon<\/strong> (SZ) and gains another private markets expert for its Advi\u00adsory Board.<\/p>\n

YIELCO Invest\u00adments AG, a finan\u00adcial services provi\u00adder specia\u00adli\u00adzing in invest\u00adment solu\u00adti\u00adons (multi-mana\u00adger programs) in the infra\u00adstruc\u00adture, private debt and private equity sectors, announ\u00adced on Decem\u00adber 19, 2019 the final closing of its infra\u00adstruc\u00adture multi-mana\u00adger program \u201cYIELCO Infra\u00adstruc\u00adture II\u201d at approx. EUR 310 million was carried out. In addi\u00adtion, two large insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal infra\u00adstruc\u00adture manda\u00adtes of EUR 280 million were recently won, brin\u00adging YIEL\u00adCO\u2019s total new funds successfully raised for its infra\u00adstruc\u00adture stra\u00adtegy to almost EUR 600 million.<\/p>\n

For the follow-up program to the very successful first program concluded in Decem\u00adber 2016, the
\ninfra\u00adstruc\u00adture fund of funds, a broad group of German and Swiss insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors was once again won over. With ten fund subscrip\u00adti\u00adons amoun\u00adting to approx. EUR 270 million, YIELCO Infra\u00adstruc\u00adture II is alre\u00adady in the final third of its commit\u00adment cycle. The fund of funds, which focu\u00adses prima\u00adrily on Europe and the USA, will have a diver\u00adsi\u00adfied port\u00adfo\u00adlio of approx. 12 fund holdings in mana\u00adgers (some with rest\u00adric\u00adted access) and thus build up more than 150 under\u00adly\u00ading infra\u00adstruc\u00adture invest\u00adments. Invest\u00adments are broadly diver\u00adsi\u00adfied globally across diffe\u00adrent sectors, stra\u00adte\u00adgies and multi\u00adple commit\u00adment years. The invest\u00adment focus here is on brown\u00adfield and core+, with a prono\u00adun\u00adced focus on small-mid market tran\u00adsac\u00adtions. The launch of the follow-up program YIELCO Infra\u00adstruc\u00adture III is plan\u00adned for the summer of 2020.<\/p>\n

As of Janu\u00adary 20, 2020, YIELCO has opened an office in Pf\u00e4f\u00adfi\u00adkon (SZ) under the manage\u00adment of Mr. Marc Schulz. Marc Schulz joins YIELCO as a new member of the manage\u00adment team and was previously branch mana\u00adger of a Swiss univer\u00adsal bank. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years at the leading univer\u00adsal bank in the Canton of Zurich, where he held a manage\u00adment posi\u00adtion in the private client busi\u00adness.
