Paris\/Frankfurt am Main, Janu\u00adary 2020 \u2014 Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners<\/strong>, the Euro\u00adpean invest\u00adment company specia\u00adli\u00adzing in the SME segment, has finan\u00adced the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the two German IT specia\u00adlists ComNet<\/strong> and MEHRWERK<\/strong> by the Borken-based Netgo<\/strong> Group of Compa\u00adnies (Netgo) in the form of a unitran\u00adche. Back in Octo\u00adber 2019, Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners had provi\u00added unitran\u00adche finan\u00adcing for its invest\u00adment in Netgo through inde\u00adpen\u00addent Dutch private equity invest\u00adment firm Water\u00adland<\/strong>. Thus, shortly after Water\u00adlan\u00add\u2019s entry, Netgo is alre\u00adady successfully imple\u00admen\u00adting the jointly defi\u00adned buy-and-build stra\u00adtegy, bene\u00adfiting from the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion line provi\u00added by Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners, which will also support further exter\u00adnal growth. The closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtions to acquire the two compa\u00adnies has now taken place.<\/p>\n

ComNet, based in W\u00fcrse\u00adlen (North Rhine-West\u00adpha\u00adlia), has been support\u00ading smal\u00adler compa\u00adnies in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar in setting up IT infra\u00adstruc\u00adture since 1990. With 21 employees, the company serves around 200 custo\u00admers nati\u00adon\u00adwide and offers a wide range of services. \u2014 ComNet takes over the entire IT infra\u00adstruc\u00adture and the opera\u00adtion of its custo\u00admers\u2019 busi\u00adness-criti\u00adcal appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons, inclu\u00adding all admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtor acti\u00advi\u00adties, by means of its own, self-desi\u00adgned high-perfor\u00admance data center (private cloud). A special feature are indus\u00adtry solu\u00adtion packa\u00adges for tax consul\u00adtants, audi\u00adtors, lawy\u00aders, compa\u00adnies, care faci\u00adli\u00adties and medi\u00adcal supply stores. The service and product port\u00adfo\u00adlio and the custo\u00admer struc\u00adture of Netgo and ComNet comple\u00adment each other. The aim of the part\u00adner\u00adship between Netgo and ComNet is to offer custo\u00admers of both compa\u00adnies a broa\u00adder range of IT solu\u00adti\u00adons and services.<\/p>\n

Karls\u00adruhe-based MEHRWERK<\/strong> was foun\u00added in 2008 and specia\u00adli\u00adzes in opti\u00admi\u00adzing busi\u00adness proces\u00adses with the help of agile enter\u00adprise soft\u00adware. With around 30 employees, the company advi\u00adses around 250 custo\u00admers of all sizes from the indus\u00adtrial, retail and service sectors on opti\u00admi\u00adzing busi\u00adness proces\u00adses. These include, for exam\u00adple, IT-based supply chain manage\u00adment, SAP cloud and busi\u00adness analy\u00adtics solu\u00adti\u00adons. MEHRWERK is an SAP Cloud Gold Part\u00adner and leading solu\u00adtion provi\u00adder in the DACH region for the Qlik data analy\u00adsis plat\u00adform. By inte\u00adgra\u00adting MEHRWERK, the Netgo Group intends to further acce\u00adle\u00adrate its growth by pooling resources.<\/p>\n

The Netgo<\/strong> group of compa\u00adnies now has around 370 employees at 18 loca\u00adti\u00adons. The company advi\u00adses and supports custo\u00admers in the areas of server and storage systems, secu\u00adrity solu\u00adti\u00adons, networks, IP tele\u00adphony, virtua\u00adliza\u00adtion, data center and cloud services and deve\u00adlops custo\u00admi\u00adzed stra\u00adte\u00adgies and solu\u00adti\u00adons. \nIn Febru\u00adary, the company finan\u00adced the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of hotel opera\u00adting company GS Star by Auctus Capi\u00adtal Partners.
\nSubse\u00adquently, Idin\u00advest Part\u00adners provi\u00added unitran\u00adche finan\u00adcing for two add-ons to the GS Star Group: the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the Rilano Group with seven four- and three-star hotels in Germany and Austria in March and Turicum Hotel Manage\u00adment GmbH with two hotels in Zurich and Bern in October.
