Munich \u2014 A team led by Prof. Dr. Georg Streit advi\u00adsed HANS IM GL\u00dcCK Fran\u00adchise GmbH on the sale of the Hans im Gl\u00fcck burger chain<\/strong>. The former majo\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adder AML Invest<\/strong> Treu\u00adhand\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft mbH sold and trans\u00adfer\u00adred its stake in HANS IM GL\u00dcCK Fran\u00adchise GmbH to a group of inves\u00adtors. This group of inves\u00adtors includes GAB<\/strong> Grundst\u00fccks\u2011, Finanzierungs\u2011, Verwal\u00adtungs- und Betei\u00adli\u00adgungs GmbH, which has alre\u00adady been a mino\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adder, and the foun\u00adders of the Back\u00adwerk<\/strong> bakery chain, Dr. Dirk Schnei\u00adder and Dr. Hans-Chris\u00adtian Limmer. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

The new share\u00adhol\u00adders want above all to streng\u00adthen and further expand the fran\u00adchise system. The two current mana\u00adging direc\u00adtors Johan\u00adnes B\u00fchler and Jens Hall\u00adbauer will remain with HANS IM GL\u00dcCK Fran\u00adchise GmbH.
\nIn the months leading up to the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the Heuking team was entrus\u00adted with legal support, parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly with regard to corpo\u00adrate and M&A, in the context of a complex situa\u00adtion and was invol\u00adved in multi-laye\u00adred negotiations.<\/p>\n

HANS IM GL\u00dcCK was foun\u00added in 2010 by Thomas Hirsch\u00adber\u00adger in Munich and most recently held via his family holding AML Invest Treu\u00adhand\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft mbH. With 81 stores, the brand is on course for growth. In 2019, HANS IM GL\u00dcCK Fran\u00adchise GmbH recor\u00added its stron\u00adgest sales growth since its foun\u00adding, with more than 147 million euros in exter\u00adnal sales.<\/p>\n
