Munich, Janu\u00adary 2020 - Bird & Bird<\/strong> LLP has advi\u00adsed Israeli Matomy Media Group<\/strong> Ltd. on the sale of Munich-based Team Inter\u00adnet<\/strong> AG to London-based Central\u00adNic Group<\/strong> PLC.<\/p>\n

The purchase price is US$ 48 million<\/strong>. A share of US$45 million will be paid in cash, and a further US$3 million in shares in the Central\u00adNic Group. The purchase price repres\u00adents 4.5 times Team Inter\u00adnet AG\u2019s adjus\u00adted EBITDA for the trai\u00adling 12 months ended June 30, 2019 of $10.6 million.<\/p>\n

Team Inter\u00adnet is a leading provi\u00adder of domain name mone\u00adtiza\u00adtion services. As of Dec. 31, 2018, the AG repor\u00adted audi\u00adted net sales of $75.6 million and adjus\u00adted EBITDA of $14.2 million.<\/p>\n
