The seller of the shares is J\u00f6rg G\u00fcnther, previously sole share\u00adhol\u00adder and mana\u00adging direc\u00adtor. He will remain on board unch\u00adan\u00adged after the closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, and the company name will be contin\u00adued. With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, K\u00e4lte Eckert plans to drive growth, expand its service network and recruit quali\u00adfied employees. G\u00fcnther K\u00e4lte\u00adtech\u00adnik, based in Pl\u00fcder\u00adhau\u00adsen (Rems-Murr district), was foun\u00added in 1965 and is a refri\u00adge\u00adra\u00adtion plant manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer focu\u00adsing on the cate\u00adring and food sector. With 15 employees, the company offers all services rela\u00adted to assem\u00adbly and instal\u00adla\u00adtion as well as for service and main\u00adten\u00adance of refri\u00adge\u00adra\u00adtion systems. At the same time, G\u00fcnther K\u00e4lte\u00adtech\u00adnik has been on a strong growth course for years, with an annual growth rate of around 10 percent.<\/p>\n
