The company\u2019s foun\u00adder <strong>Guido Soyk<\/strong> will conti\u00adnue to hold a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant stake in SIS and will lead the company into the next phase of its deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment as mana\u00adging part\u00adner. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, sales mana\u00adger Martin van der Veen will be appoin\u00adted as second mana\u00adging direc\u00adtor. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose further details of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Toge\u00adther with ECM, the company intends to invest in its further deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment as well as the targe\u00adted expan\u00adsion of its manage\u00adment and sales struc\u00adtures in order to realize the full poten\u00adtial of the solu\u00adti\u00adons offe\u00adred by SIS in the exis\u00adting core market of the oil and gas indus\u00adtry and to deve\u00adlop new oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties in further inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal markets as well as in the chemi\u00adcal indus\u00adtry and shipping.<\/p>\n<p>Envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal tech\u00adno\u00adlogy at the inter\u00adface of occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal safety and climate protec\u00adtion SIS was foun\u00added in 2008, based in Ameling\u00adhau\u00adsen, with the aim of impro\u00adving occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal safety in the clea\u00adning of process plants and tanks.
