The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion was heavily over\u00adsub\u00adscri\u00adbed and capi\u00adton successfully comple\u00adted the fund\u00adrai\u00adsing for its new single-asset fund.<\/p>\n<p>In the context of a compe\u00adti\u00adtive bidding process, the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion gives the exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors of the capi\u00adton IV fund the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to either sell their exis\u00adting stake in KD Pharma Group (in whole or in part) or to conti\u00adnue it via a newly estab\u00adlished conti\u00adnua\u00adtion fund and to parti\u00adci\u00adpate in the high expec\u00adted value enhance\u00adment poten\u00adtial. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion also offers new inves\u00adtors the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to parti\u00adci\u00adpate in a very attrac\u00adtive, fast-growing port\u00adfo\u00adlio company. Pantheon and Aber\u00addeen Stan\u00addard Invest\u00adments join other renow\u00adned insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors as new prin\u00adci\u00adpal investors.<\/p>\n<p>capi\u00adton will conti\u00adnue to manage KD Pharma as Gene\u00adral Part\u00adner under the new fund struc\u00adture after closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. capi\u00adton plans to expand its busi\u00adness both orga\u00adni\u00adcally, through further inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adna\u00adliza\u00adtion and expan\u00adsion of the product port\u00adfo\u00adlio on the basis of its current market leader\u00adship, and through targe\u00adted acqui\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons.
