The owner of Golf Versand Hanno\u00adver GmbH has sold the company to <strong>Afinum<\/strong> Achte Betei\u00adli\u00adgungs\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft mbH &amp; Co KG, advi\u00adsed by Munich-based Afinum Manage\u00adment GmbH. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, Afinum is acqui\u00adring a stake in Euro\u00adpe\u2019s largest online retailer of golf equip\u00adment, which opera\u00adtes under the brand name \u201call4golf\u201d in e\u2011commerce as well as with a branch in its main and logi\u00adstics center in Hanover.<\/p>\n<p>Stefan Kirste, owner of all4golf, will conti\u00adnue to lead the company as mana\u00adging direc\u00adtor after the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion and, toge\u00adther with Afinum, drive the company\u2019s further expan\u00adsion. Proven\u00adtis Part\u00adners\u2019 role Proven\u00adtis Part\u00adners acted as exclu\u00adsive M&amp;A advi\u00adsor to Mr. Kirste in the prepa\u00adra\u00adtion and imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion.
