\nThe parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

STG is a service provi\u00adder in the tele\u00adcom\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons indus\u00adtry. The range of acti\u00advi\u00adties includes fiber optic cons\u00adtruc\u00adtion, opera\u00adtion, upgrading and subse\u00adquent main\u00adten\u00adance of fiber optic networks. Custo\u00admers include muni\u00adci\u00adpal utili\u00adties, local autho\u00adri\u00adties and network opera\u00adtors. In addi\u00adtion, STG main\u00adta\u00adins the tele\u00adcom\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons network infra\u00adstruc\u00adtures within the buil\u00addings for real estate compa\u00adnies, on which its own as well as Inter\u00adnet and tele\u00advi\u00adsion products are also offe\u00adred by third parties.<\/p>\n

As part of a manage\u00adment buyout<\/strong>, DBAG ECF will acquire the majo\u00adrity of shares in STG from the previous owners G\u00fcnter and Hermann Brauns\u00adberg. They will conti\u00adnue to hold a stake in the company and be part of the manage\u00adment of the STG Group. DBAG will support the STG Group in reali\u00adzing its growth poten\u00adtial by provi\u00adding the neces\u00adsary capi\u00adtal and its many years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in the expan\u00adsion of fiber optic networks.<\/p>\n
