The total group gene\u00adra\u00adtes sales of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately \u20ac 85 million. \u2014 The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The seller and buyer have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion will be finan\u00adced from the <strong>capi\u00adton V<\/strong> fund.<\/p>\n<p>NICO\u00adLAY\u2019s core compe\u00adtence is the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and manu\u00adfac\u00adture of products in the field of non-inva\u00adsive pati\u00adent moni\u00adto\u00adring.
