The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the amount of the invest\u00adment or the purchase price. <strong>Allen &amp; Overy<\/strong> <strong>LLP<\/strong> advi\u00adsed the inde\u00adpen\u00addent inves\u00adtor Bencis Capi\u00adtal Partners.<\/p>\n<p>The sale of the shares serves the natio\u00adnal and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal growth as well as the further stra\u00adte\u00adgic orien\u00adta\u00adtion of Gebhardt-Stahl for the future. The share purchase agree\u00adment was signed on July 3; the closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to custo\u00admary condi\u00adti\u00adons prece\u00addent and regu\u00adla\u00adtory approvals.<\/p>\n<p>Bencis Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners was foun\u00added in 1999 in the Nether\u00adlands and has been inves\u00adt\u00ading in solid, successful compa\u00adnies in Germany, the Nether\u00adlands and Belgium for more than 20 years.  <strong>Bencis Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners employs 26 people in D\u00fcssel\u00addorf, Amster\u00addam and Brussels\/Diegem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gebhardt-Stahl was foun\u00added in 1973 and is the Euro\u00adpean market leader in the produc\u00adtion of steel rein\u00adforce\u00adment profiles for plas\u00adtic windows, HVAC compon\u00adents, viney\u00adard poles and fences. The company employs 200 people and has three produc\u00adtion sites in Germany and Poland.
