The Frank\u00adfurt-based invest\u00adment company <strong>VR Equi\u00adtyp\u00adart\u00adner<\/strong> is support\u00ading the fine-casual dining concept with capi\u00adtal in the single-digit million range as part of a mezza\u00adnine finan\u00adcing to enable it to imple\u00adment its growth plans in an even more targe\u00adted manner.<\/p>\n<p>The ASH is a brand laun\u00adched in 2015 by <strong>KSH 2 System\u00adgas\u00adtro\u00adno\u00admie<\/strong> GmbH, which in turn is part of the <strong>Apei\u00adron Group<\/strong>. Apei\u00adron also opera\u00adtes the <strong>Bullitt <\/strong>and <strong>Ginyuu<\/strong> brands and fran\u00adchi\u00adses seve\u00adral <strong>L\u2019Os\u00adte\u00adria stores<\/strong>. Foun\u00adder and co-CEO is Kent Hahne, an indus\u00adtry great who has been invol\u00adved in the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of fran\u00adchise systems such as Segaf\u00adredo Germany and Vapiano, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The ASH restau\u00adrants take the idea of Ameri\u00adcan Supper Clubs from the 1920s. In a mix of restau\u00adrant and bar, they combine steaks, burgers, fish and salads with hip drinks in a spacious atmo\u00adsphere. The ambi\u00adance features an open kitchen with a centrally loca\u00adted lava grill, a long cock\u00adtail bar and high-top tables, and a DJ booth.
