The seller of the shares is the current consor\u00adtium of share\u00adhol\u00adders, which reta\u00adins a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant stake. \u2014 The <strong>manage\u00adment team around Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor Oliver Tamimi<\/strong> will conti\u00adnue to be respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the company and will make a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant invest\u00adment in the course of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to close in the fourth quar\u00adter of&nbsp;2019.<\/p>\n<p>Omni\u00adcare was foun\u00added in 2002 as a phar\u00admaceu\u00adti\u00adcal specialty whole\u00adsa\u00adler for outpa\u00adti\u00adent onco\u00adlogy care in Germany. To date, the company has become the market leader for the distri\u00adbu\u00adtion of finis\u00adhed onco\u00adlogy drugs requi\u00adred by phar\u00admacies for pati\u00adent-speci\u00adfic infu\u00adsi\u00adons. In addi\u00adtion to the supply of finis\u00adhed phar\u00admaceu\u00adti\u00adcals, Omni\u00adcare has been deve\u00adlo\u00adping important services for highly specia\u00adli\u00adzed phar\u00admacies and medi\u00adcal prac\u00adti\u00adces since 2012 for quality assu\u00adrance, clean\u00adroom hygiene moni\u00adto\u00adring, and the trai\u00adning and conti\u00adnuing educa\u00adtion of specia\u00adlist staff. In early 2019, these services were expan\u00added to become the Omni\u00adcare Quality Initia\u00adtive, with the goal of provi\u00adding safe, high-quality care to onco\u00adlogy patients.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, Omni\u00adcare also estab\u00adlished the \u201cGerman Onco\u00adlogy Network\u201d of leading onco\u00adlogy prac\u00adti\u00adces and has been conti\u00adnuously expan\u00adding it ever since. The goal of this network is the struc\u00adtu\u00adral streng\u00adthening and further deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of onco\u00adlogy prac\u00adti\u00adces for the bene\u00adfit of pati\u00adents. Omni\u00adcare has syste\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcally deve\u00adlo\u00adped into a leading plat\u00adform for outpa\u00adti\u00adent onco\u00adlogy care in Germany.
