Due to strong demand, P3 signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly excee\u00added both the origi\u00adnal target size and the size of the prede\u00adces\u00adsor fund, which closed at EUR 412 million.<\/p>\n<p>The new fund was over\u00adsub\u00adscri\u00adbed and gene\u00adra\u00adted strong demand mainly from exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors, but also from some new ones. This helps PARAGON PARTNERS to broa\u00adden its inves\u00adtor base and further deve\u00adlop its rela\u00adti\u00adonships in Europe and North America. Euro\u00adpean inves\u00adtors, and espe\u00adci\u00adally inves\u00adtors from German-spea\u00adking count\u00adries, conti\u00adnue to be well repre\u00adsen\u00adted. The inves\u00adtor base includes renow\u00adned insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors such as funds of funds, public and company pension funds, insu\u00adrance compa\u00adnies, foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons and family holding companies.<\/p>\n<p>With the new fund, PARAGON PARTNERS can further expand its posi\u00adtion as one of the leading invest\u00adment compa\u00adnies in the German-spea\u00adking region with a focus on sustainable value-orien\u00adted invest\u00adments in the range of EUR 30 million to EUR 250 million.<\/p>\n<p>PARAGON PARTNERS is also plea\u00adsed to announce the first invest\u00adment of the new fund: <strong>pro opt<\/strong>ik, the third largest opti\u00adcian chain in Germany.
