The remai\u00adning shares held by the manage\u00adment also change hands. The new owner of the successful high-perfor\u00admance film manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer is the Munich-based private equity firm <strong>Para\u00adgon Part\u00adners<\/strong>. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, which is pending regu\u00adla\u00adtory appr\u00adoval, is expec\u00adted to close later in summer 2019; no finan\u00adcial details are disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>DUO PLAST Group, foun\u00added in 1983, is a leading manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer in the pack\u00ada\u00adging and stretch film market. The company is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Lauter\u00adbach, Hesse, with addi\u00adtio\u00adnal produc\u00adtion and sales bran\u00adches in Thurin\u00adgia, Austria, France and Turkey. Its parti\u00adcu\u00adlar strengths lie in the acknow\u00adled\u00adged high quality of its products and in the company\u2019s high level of inno\u00adva\u00adtion and custo\u00admer orien\u00adta\u00adtion. The product port\u00adfo\u00adlio consists of five busi\u00adness areas: stretch, stretch and wrap films for load secu\u00adring, films for silage appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons, barrier films for food pack\u00ada\u00adging, and semi- and fully-auto\u00adma\u00adtic pack\u00ada\u00adging lines for indus\u00adtry. During the part\u00adner\u00adship, DUO PLAST has contin\u00adued to grow \u2014 the company now employs about 150 people and turns over nearly 60 million euros a year.
