The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the terms of the investment.<\/p>\n<p>BUK is a leading manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of high-precis\u00adion injec\u00adtion molded engi\u00adnee\u00adring plas\u00adtic parts for custo\u00admers in a variety of indus\u00adtries. The manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adred parts are used, among others, in hand tools, water fittings and house\u00adhold and elec\u00adtri\u00adcal appli\u00adances. In addi\u00adtion to parts manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring, BUK main\u00adta\u00adins its own tool shop and offers its custo\u00admers compre\u00adhen\u00adsive assem\u00adbly services.
