The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion crea\u00adtes FITNE Health Care GmbH, which toge\u00adther with GSE Vertrieb Biolo\u00adgi\u00adsche Nahrungs\u00ader\u00adg\u00e4n\u00adzungs- und Heil\u00admit\u00adtel GmbH will be part of BioneXX Holding, in which Finexx holds a majo\u00adrity stake. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the finan\u00adcial details.<\/p>\n<p>The FITNE brand was foun\u00added in 1994 and since then has successfully compe\u00adted with orga\u00adnic quality products for main\u00adtai\u00adning health, vita\u00adlity and joie de vivre, which are mainly sold in health food stores and orga\u00adnic stores. FITNE was part of the LOGOCOS Group since 2014.
