The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price or the details of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Perusa acqui\u00adred Xindao Holding BV from its foun\u00adders in August 2017. Foun\u00added in 1986, Xindao is a leading supplier of high-quality func\u00adtional promo\u00adtio\u00adnal products to more than 4,500 B2B and B2C retail\u00aders throug\u00adhout Europe and the world. The company has an excel\u00adlent repu\u00adta\u00adtion as a premium supplier that gene\u00adra\u00adtes a large part of its sales with self-desi\u00adgned bran\u00added products. In addi\u00adtion to its head\u00adquar\u00adters in Rijs\u00adwijk, the Nether\u00adlands, Xindao opera\u00adtes its own prin\u00adting and logi\u00adstics center in Roma\u00adnia and a design studio and procu\u00adre\u00adment center in Shang\u00adhai. The company sells its products through a network of its own sales compa\u00adnies in Germany, France, the Nether\u00adlands, Spain, Sweden, the UK, China and the USA, as well as through exclu\u00adsive repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adves in Russia and&nbsp;Italy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Successful trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion to a manage\u00adment-led company<\/strong><br>\nXindao has a history of double-digit annual growth. As a result, the company has more than tripled its sales in the last ten years.
