The closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties, which is expec\u00adted in the near future. A Heuking K\u00fchn L\u00fcer Wojtek<\/strong> team led by D\u00fcssel\u00addorf part\u00adner Dr. Martin Imhof provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive advice to ABN AMRO Energy Tran\u00adsi\u00adtion Fund on the invest\u00adment, inclu\u00adding corpo\u00adrate, patent and tax law aspects.<\/p>\n

With head\u00adquar\u00adters in Bava\u00adria and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal subsi\u00addia\u00adries in the USA, Chile, Turkey and the UK, Ideema\u00adtec is a leading global supplier of key compon\u00adents for solar track\u00ading systems for the instal\u00adla\u00adtion of photo\u00advol\u00adtaic modu\u00adles in solar parks. Ideema\u00adtec has so far supplied compon\u00adents for over 2 GW of instal\u00adled photo\u00advol\u00adtaic systems on six conti\u00adnents. Current light\u00adhouse projects include the instal\u00adla\u00adtion of 350 MW in Austra\u00adlia and 250 MW in Jordan. With the invest\u00adment and parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion of ABN AMRO Energy Tran\u00adsi\u00adtion Fund, Ideema\u00adtec conti\u00adnues its growth and secu\u00adres its posi\u00adtion as a supplier of leading tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies in the global PV market. The growth finan\u00adcing will enable Ideema\u00adtec in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar to streng\u00adthen its presence in the MENA region, Asia and the Ameri\u00adcas and to further expand capacity.<\/p>\n

ABN AMRO Private Equity is part of the global ABN AMRO banking group, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Amster\u00addam, the Nether\u00adlands. In 2018, ABN AMRO Private Equity laun\u00adched the Energy Tran\u00adsi\u00adtion Fund with the goal of adding growth capi\u00adtal and buyout tran\u00adsac\u00adtions rela\u00adted to compa\u00adnies contri\u00adbu\u00adting to a low-carbon future to its port\u00adfo\u00adlio. Curr\u00adently, the Energy Tran\u00adsi\u00adtion Fund mana\u00adges around \u20ac200 million and invests in compa\u00adnies and projects in the fields of rene\u00adwa\u00adble energy, clean mobi\u00adlity, smart infra\u00adstruc\u00adture and energy effi\u00adci\u00adency.
