The Heras manage\u00adment team has a mino\u00adrity stake. Gilles Rabot, with Heras since 2015, will conti\u00adnue to lead the company. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The sale is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Heras was foun\u00added in 1952 and offers a wide port\u00adfo\u00adlio of mobile and perma\u00adnent property protec\u00adtion systems and products. It includes fencing systems, manu\u00adally opera\u00adted and auto\u00adma\u00adtic gates, vehicle barriers and elec\u00adtro\u00adnic surveil\u00adlance systems. The company has a strong presence in Europe, with sales offices in the Nether\u00adlands, the United King\u00addom, Sweden, Norway, Germany and France. Produc\u00adtion faci\u00adli\u00adties are loca\u00adted in the Nether\u00adlands, Belgium, France, Sweden and the United King\u00addom. Heras employs over 1,100 people and has annual sales of over 220 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>Heras\u2019 perma\u00adnent medium and high-secu\u00adrity property protec\u00adtion solu\u00adti\u00adons are used in a wide variety of fields, such as border control and the protec\u00adtion of mili\u00adtary instal\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons or criti\u00adcal infra\u00adstruc\u00adture, as well as schools and child\u00adren\u2019s play\u00adgrounds. All Heras solu\u00adti\u00adons can be tail\u00ado\u00adred to speci\u00adfic custo\u00admer needs. The company also offers a range of addi\u00adtio\u00adnal services, such as instal\u00adla\u00adtion, system inte\u00adgra\u00adtion, commis\u00adsio\u00adning, and main\u00adten\u00adance and repair.
