Carl has built a plat\u00adform for M&amp;A tran\u00adsac\u00adtions that matches owners of middle-market compa\u00adnies with buyers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbout 230,000 SMEs want to find a succes\u00adsor in the next two years. 95 percent of child\u00adren do not want to take over their parents\u2019 busi\u00adness.
