ARTUS is a regio\u00adnally leading damage resto\u00adra\u00adtion company in the field of fire, water and natu\u00adral hazard damage as well as conse\u00adquen\u00adtial damage with head\u00adquar\u00adters in Langen\u00adha\u00adgen near Hano\u00adver and a network of seven bran\u00adches in the region of Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin and Leip\u00adzig. ARTUS was foun\u00added in 2012 and curr\u00adently employs around 100 people. The company offers complete solu\u00adti\u00adons for the entire reha\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adta\u00adtion process. The services offe\u00adred here cover the entire resto\u00adra\u00adtion process, from initial measu\u00adres and damage logging to clea\u00adning, drying and complete resto\u00adra\u00adtion. The clients of ARTUS are mainly insu\u00adrance compa\u00adnies and their customers.<\/p>\n

To support further growth, the foun\u00adding share\u00adhol\u00adders have ente\u00adred into a part\u00adner\u00adship with Odewald KMU II, an invest\u00adment company specia\u00adli\u00adzing in high-growth medium-sized compa\u00adnies. To this end, Odewald KMU II has acqui\u00adred a majo\u00adrity stake in ARTUS. The foun\u00adders conti\u00adnue to hold a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant stake in the company. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the amount of the invest\u00adment or further details of the shareholding.<\/p>\n

The Odewald KMU II Fund with a volume of 200 million euros has ente\u00adred into its seventh invest\u00adment with ARTUS.<\/strong> The Odewald KMU II Fund invests in attrac\u00adtive target markets in German-spea\u00adking SMEs. The indus\u00adtry focus is on profi\u00adta\u00adble, fast-growing medium-sized compa\u00adnies in the fields of \u201cGerman engi\u00adnee\u00adring\u201d, intel\u00adli\u00adgent services and health\u00adcare. The typi\u00adcal invest\u00adment occa\u00adsi\u00adons are succes\u00adsion arran\u00adge\u00adments and\/or growth finan\u00adcing. These compa\u00adnies gene\u00adrally gene\u00adrate sales of between EUR 20 million and EUR 100 million, have entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adrial manage\u00adment, are very successful in opera\u00adtio\u00adnal terms and occupy a leading posi\u00adtion in the rele\u00advant market.
